| Ordering FAQ
|
| Step
1. Click Browse button |
 |
|
| Step 2. Using the search engine,
enter an Artist Name or Song Title (Artist is used in our
example) and click the 'Search' button. |
|
| Step 3. A list of songs will
be displayed (like those below) and you'll have the opportunity
to audition any song by clicking on the small yellow speaker.
When you are finished listening to a song and wish to purchase
it, click on the cart. |

| Step 4. A new page will now
open which will display the contents of your cart. You have
the option to either 'Keep shopping', or 'To confirm order
and check out'. Clicking on 'Keep shopping' will return you
to the browse page and you can repeat from step 2. |

| Step 5. Clicking on 'To confirm
order and check out', will transport you to a new page where
you will be asked if you are a new customer or if you are
already registered. Registered customers will automatically
jump to step 7. |

| Step 6. If you are a new customer
a window will open which will require some details from you.
Once all the mandatory fields and payment type have been completed,
click 'Submit'. |
|
| Step7. A summary page will
now display your order. At this point you have the option
to confirm or cancel the order. By clicking 'Confirm' you
will be transported to our payment partner(s) for card processing
and validation. Step7. (Pic8) Complete all the requested fields
and click 'confirm' |

| Step8. A secure payment window
will open and at this point you will be required to enter
your card details. Once completed click 'proceed'. |
|
| Step 9. This is the final
card processing screen. This is the final opportunity for
you to change your details and/or cancel the order. To confirm
the order, click 'proceed'. |
|
| Step 10. Once the card has
been authorised the following message will be displayed. To
download your order click the 'Download files' button. |
|
| Step 11. To download you
order click 'Download File'. You will be able to save your
data to your computer. Note, A copy of your order will be
also be sent to your e-mail address. The order/download process
is now complete. |
