(MIDI FILES, AUDIO FILES OR ASSOCIATED MATERIALS) FROM THIS WEB SITE, YOU ARE
AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT. |

GRANT OF
LICENSE - This hands-on-midi.com License Agreement ('License')
permits you to use one copy of the hands-on-midi.com software
product acquired with this License on any single computer,
disk reading keyboard, MIDI file player or any other type
of equipment that can utilise the data/software. |

|
|
COPYRIGHT
- This License is not an assignment of any rights of the
copyright in the work. All copyrights and title associated
with the products and their associated documentation (i.e.
- lyric files,) remains the sole property of hands-on-midi.com.
International copyright laws and all other applicable national
laws protect these products. You may make one copy of the
Software solely for backup or archival purposes. |

|
USAGE
- The products can be used and adapted for your personal
use only.You must not create or allow to be created (by
any third party with access) any type of commercial product
based upon these products without obtaining the express
written permission from hands-on-midi.com. |

|
|
RESTRICTIONS

|
|
You may not
swap, give away, loan, rent, lease, transfer (including
any type of modem transmission), dispose of or allow the
products to be distributed in any manner which could damage
hands-on-midi.com. |
|
|
|
You may not make
commercial audio backing tracks, including Karaoke type products, made in whole
or part from the products. |
|
|
|
You may not use
a sound recording of the products to be used in whole or part on any visual
presentation medium including film and/or videotape. |
|
|
|
You may not
print music from any part of the products. |
|
|
|
You may not
reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the products. |
|
|
|
TRANSFER
- You may not rent or lease the products but you may transfer your rights under
this Agreement on a permanent basis provided you transfer all copies of the
product and associated data along with all written materials, and the recipient
agrees to the terms of this Agreement. Any transfer must include all versions
of the product, which includes any and all adaptations, backups and modified
versions created from the original product. |

LIMITED
WARRANTY - hands-on-midi.com warrants that the MIDI
files will load into any device which correctly imports
a Standard MIDI file, as defined in the MIDI specification
from the MIDI Manufacturers Association. |

|
NO OTHER
WARRANTIES - TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE
LAW, HANDS-ON-MIDI.COM DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES - TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE
LAW, HANDS-ON-MIDI.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER
DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY
TO USE THIS PRODUCT. HANDS-ON-MIDI.COM ENTIRE LIABILITY
UNDER ANY PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE LIMITED TO
THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE. |
